Employees say

“Hill & Wilkinson staffs its projects correctly. We have a set structure vs. continually being pulled from project to project without completion. The work culture is stronger than the Dallas construction norm, with division managers providing support.”

“This is a company with integrity. Upper management really cares about the employees and promotes a family atmosphere. Everyone works hard, but we have a lot of fun, too!”

“Hill & Wilkinson encourages a healthy lifestyle, teamwork and family values.”

Good works

Hill & Wilkinson helped a Collin County sheriff and U.S. Marine Corps veteran rebuild after losing his house in the December 2015 tornado. He had attempted to rebuild once on his own, but the unfinished house was destroyed in another storm. With donations of materials and labor from many longtime subcontractors, Hill & Wilkinson expanded the original floorplan and finished the house.

Fun facts

The average tenure for all employees, including field personnel, is 10 years, and 20 of the company's employees have minority ownership.
