In their own words

“We connect energy to life by safely transporting natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil from producing regions to demand centers and by creating a company that focuses on values and doing the right thing,” says Michael Garberding, president and CEO.

Employees say

"We start each meeting with a values moment to set the right tone for the meeting -- what is important and what do we care about? It comes back to people at the end of the day. "

"Our leaders, all the way up the chain, lead by example and walk the walk. I love having a sense of ownership in my work and the opportunities to learn new things outside of my day to day."

"There is never a dull moment. I get to interact with good, hardworking people who all have an important part to play in reaching a certain goal, sometimes on what seems like an unrealistic timeline. To see everyone put their heads down and pull this off on a consistent basis is inspiring and motivating."

Good works

Enlink Midstream president and CEO Michael Garberding was chairman of the American Heart Association’s Dallas Heart Walk on September 8. Workers get 8 hours of PTO to volunteer at eligible organizations.

Fun facts

the Dallas office provides lunch every day to employees, a tradition started by the founder, who wanted the team to come together each day over a meal like a family.
