About the culture

Almost all of the company's managers — 98 percent — were promoted from within. Full-time employees get discounts on products and services, including work on personal cars, parts, accessories and buying a vehicle.

Fun facts

Park Place's Lexus dealership group won the Malcolm Baldrige Award in 2007 and was the first auto dealer to ever win the award.
