“Texas Capital Bank is a commercial bank that delivers highly personalized financial services to businesses and entrepreneurs,” says Keith Cargill, president and CEO.

About the culture

Employees get 10 federal banking holidays, two floating days off and PTO based on length of service and officer title. Texas Capital Bank has an attractive health benefits package, a 6 percent company match on 401(k)s, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, a wellness program and an educational assistance program.

Employees say

"The environment at TCB is amazing. Everyone is warm and ready to help."

"I am challenged, encouraged, rewarded, supported, provided communication, included, valued and considered a valued part of the team. We care for each other personally, and it is shown in action, not just words. I have fun each day and look forward to waking up in the morning."

Good works

The bank serves the community by providing financial education, promoting health and wellness, and participating in community revitalization efforts. Texas Capital has a mobile banking center that visits underserved communities, teaching financial literacy with interactive technology. It was also deployed in Houston to serve people affected by Hurricane Harvey while its banking centers were closed. Workers also built playgrounds at three underserved day care centers across D-FW.
