"We provide nursing, rehab services and hospice care for geriatric patients in the home, who oftentimes are recovering from illness or surgery or in the last stages of life," says Amanda Jennings, senior account executive.
About the culture
Encompass uses an internal job posting program to advertise leadership position opportunities to all employees so they can apply for the positions before external applicants.
