Employees say
"Every day brings different challenges. The people I work with are great and we all really get along."
"H&W seems to truly care about their employees, especially my manager. She makes H&W an awesome place to work, and I wouldn't have it any other way. The culture here is incredible and our CEO always makes sure that the employees come first no matter what. We recently had an employee appreciation party, and the company gave a $500 gift card to Amazon or Southwest to EVERY employee. You can't feel much more appreciated than that!"
"I feel I am contributing to the success of the company and it is a great place to work. All my friends want jobs here. I am trusted to take care of my responsibilities. There is no micromanaging here. I have faith in upper management and I know they truly care about the employees."
Good works
Hill & Wilkinson's H&W Community group has established some annual traditions such as volunteering for Carry the Load, SPCA Strut Your Mutt, Vogel Alcove and The American Fallen Soldiers Project. Every year, H&W supports the American Heart Association by fundraising, sponsorships and walking at the Heart Walk. It also goes above and beyond to lend a hand to our own employees in need when it becomes necessary. When Hurricane Harvey affected so many in Texas, the office filled trailers of supplies and helped repair the homes of employee loved ones and many others. In its Austin office, workers made welcome kits for displaced residents.
Fun facts
The company celebrated its 50th anniversary by hosting employees, their spouses and their families at a family fiesta where every staffer got the choice of a $500 Southwest Airlines or a $500 Amazon gift card.
