About the culture

Each employee receives stock options that take just three years to fully vest. Improving holds an annual companywide employee retreat in Las Vegas and has a break room with a pingpong table, free snacks and drinks, and two kegs of local craft beer.

Fun facts

Improving merged with the Blue Ocean Group in 2006, keeping the original name. The group of people that became Improving are industry veterans that have worked together at other places for up to 15 years.
