About the culture
Simpli.fi provides free lunches and breakfasts for our employees twice a week. It also holds monthly happy hours, and frequently entertains clients and employees on our rooftop patio that overlooks downtown Fort Worth. Employees can unplug from their workstations to work remotely throughout the offices or take advantage of standing desks, the game room, rooftop patio and bistro areas. Simpli.fi offers eight paid holidays each year, plus 17 days of PTO for full-time employees. In addition to a competitive 401(k) package and match program, the company provides a comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance plan for eligible employees and their dependents. Paid maternity and paternity leave is also offered to employees following the birth of a child or following the placement of a child with the employee for adoption.

Good works
In 2017, Simpli.fi employees invested over 200 hours volunteering with the Como Community Center, an after-school program that serves between 120 and 140 students as well as a meal program to assist low-income individuals. It also works with the Fort Worth STAR Program. Simpli.fi works with the American Red Cross annually to facilitate a blood drive that saves over 60 lives each year.
