In their own words

“Republic Title provides our customers with peace of mind by providing insurance coverage to protect their property rights,” says company president Bo Feagin.

About the culture

Republic Title says it treats all employees as family and all the members of our family treat our customers like best friends. Everyone at Republic Title shares in the profits by getting a portion of every dollar the company makes. The company offers competitive 401k matching and incentive programs. Other benefits include pet insurance, health and wellness programs, a summer internship program for employee family members, fitness challenges, standup desks and onsite healthy food options.

Employees say

"I am allowed to do my work without interference from my manager. There is not a micromanaging atmosphere, and it is wonderful."

"The culture here is like no other I've ever experienced -- warm, caring, family-oriented."

"I have the best manager in the world! I love my job because my manager encourages me to step outside of the box in handling situations that arise. I am able to work at my own pace and am able to complete multiple tasks every day."

Good works

An employee-led internal committee called the Employee Relations Committee meets regularly to discuss employee events, holiday celebrations and ways to give back to the community. This year, it created a team for the Children's Medical Center Red Balloon Run & Ride. More than 80 people participated and raised over $10,000. Each year for the 9/11 Day of Service, Republic workers write notes and send treats to local police stations and fire stations. It hosts school supply drives at each of our offices and donates to local schools in need. It also does do several blood drives with the American Red Cross each year.

Fun facts

In celebration of the 2018 Winter Olympics, Republic held its own Office Olympics at its Corporate and Commercial headquarters (our two largest offices). We broke up participants into teams of five and competed in multiple Minute-to-Win-it style games. Winners received gold, silver or bronze office supply awards and stuffed white tigers (in honor of the Sochi Olympics mascot).
