In their own words

“We invest our own money to find new customers for good businesses that want to grow, only getting paid when we’re successful,” says CEO Randy Meinen.

About the culture

Qualbe benefits include paying 80 percent of employee and family health insurance, an automatic 3 percent 401k contribution by Qualbe, and $100 per month contributed to each employee's Health Savings Account. Its office boasts workout equipment and a game room where workers can play basketball, pickleball, pool, foosball and cornhole. It uses ongoing companywide tournaments both for training (Monopoly) and fun (pingpong).

"I feel like I'm offering our customers a valuable service. I look forward to going to work each day. I enjoy my co-workers. I don't feel like everything depends on me, but I also don't feel useless."

"Qualbe places my well-being before my skills. They have also tailored my job around my personality, behaviors, and motivations, which makes coming to work a very natural, joyful thing that I'm energized to do. I never dread coming to work. Because they do this for every person here, making everyone feel the same about coming to work, it makes it a real joy to work with those people."
