In their own words

“Axcent Networks is a dedicated team of specialists focused on various telecommunication network services, project management and staffing,” says Kenneth Tutton Jr., president.

About the culture

Large wireless carriers outsource to Axcent for professional telecom projects. Axcent doesn’t outsource, and all of its workers are full-timers in Plano. In addition to health and welfare benefits, Axcent has a full on-site gym with free access to group fitness classes. It also holds teambuilding events such as an annual crawfish boil.

Employees say

"All employees can work from home when an emergency comes up (as long as there is internet hookup). The company has a gym and shower. .Axcent also has a yearly chili cook off, crawfish boil, Halloween party, Thanksgiving spread and Christmas party with lunch provided."

"Upper management is open to our ideas. The environment is comfortable. We have great events that allow us to bond with our co-workers and management. I think we have great leaders, and I respect them."
