About the culture

Ninety percent of Freedom Truck Finance's collections team is bilingual. The company hosts an employee get together on Fridays to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, babies and other special personal milestones.

Good works

The company collects canned goods and money for the North Texas Food Bank at the New Year and supports a similar local community food bank at a nearby church during Thanksgiving. Twice per year, its marketing reps fly in from all over the country for a week of training that includes a day of community service. Each employee gets paid for one day per quarter to serve in their community.

Fun facts

At the company's annual Thanksgiving Luncheon, the executive team serves the employees-wearing puffy chef's hats and silly aprons.
