About the culture

Evantage provides medical and dental insurance after 90 days. It also has workers train directly with the company president. All of its managers began with the company in an entry-level position. Evantage’s busiest days are Saturday and Sunday, so team members get to choose from Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday as a day off when they work a weekend day.
