About the culture

Alston & Bird holds monthly firm meetings, daily TE Time discussions as part of our Top Echelon service program and a weekly happy hour. It recognizes employees for years of service, accomplishments, exemplary pro bono and community service, distinguished leadership and mentoring. The company provides up to $10,000 for adoption and surrogacy assistance and up to $10,000 for fertility benefits. Its medical plans cover chiropractic care, autism, ADD/ADHD, hearing aids, adult orthodontia, bariatric surgery, gender reassignment and acupuncture.
