About the culture

Cornerstone periodically provides a Building Champions Life Plan Coaching session to employees. Throughout the year, it holds events to show appreciation for its employees, including a Halloween costume contest, a holiday luncheon and a talent show featuring entertainment provided by employees. Cornerstone also pays for 91 percent of employee basic medical coverage, 100 percent of basic life and accidental death and 100 percent long-term disability. It matches 50 percent of employees’ first 2 percent contribution to their 401(k) plans and, after a year of employment, gives employees two weeks of vacation pay and nine days of sick pay. Additionally, Cornerstone offers dental coverage, vision coverage, short-term disability coverage, voluntary life insurance and flexible spending accounts for medical and child care. A “Cornerstone Cares” program, funded by employees, provides monetary assistance to fellow employees in need.
