About the culture

In the most recent fiscal year, more than 300 corporate and field employees were promoted to new roles. And all At Home office team members — regardless of pay grade — are eligible to receive annual bonuses based on company performance.

In 2017, At Home designated Habitat for Humanity International as its national corporate partner. At Home has also donated volunteer time and money to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, DFW women’s health and shelter organizations and many local food pantries.
