About the culture

This property management company uses a fleet of 35 electric golf carts with a set of Texas longhorns mounted on each roof. At Valiant, Thursday is "theory Thursday" at Valiant, which is a time of the week when the company brainstorms any and everything under it can do to change, from culture, growth, color schemes, operations or anything else. The company pays for health care, including a $1,000 contribution to each employee’s health savings account.

Good works

Valiant works with Chase Parks Foundation, Rise School of Dallas, Toys 4 Tots and other local organizations that focus on helping young people. It hosts an annual shootout to donate money to local charities, our most recent event raised $25K to The Rise School of Dallas.
