About the culture

Ridgemont promotes health and wellness with healthy snacks, a gym, boot camps, yoga classes and massage therapy. Twice a year, Ridgemont sits down with the whole staff to discuss company performance, listen to suggestions for improvement and design a strategy to accomplish goals.

Ridgemont launched an annual bass fishing tournament this year to raise money for the Wounded Warriors Project.
